Revision Solutions for Railway Vehicles
With years of experience in the overhaul and modernization of railway vehicles, our company has become one of the leading firms in the industry. Through numerous successful projects — such as the renewal of Ankara EGO metro vehicles and the integration of ERTMS and ETCS systems into TCDD Hyundai Eurotem E32000 trains — we have aimed to maximize passenger comfort, safety, and efficiency, just as we have done in TCDD projects.
In these projects, we have carried out comprehensive works, including the renewal of aging components, integration of new technologies, and enhancement of overall vehicle performance, to provide our customers with reliable and long-lasting solutions.
Within the scope of overhaul projects, the old doors of the FIAT MT 5500, 5600, and 5700 series were dismantled and replaced with new technology doors designed to ensure safety and comfort. Özbir Vagon A.Ş. successfully carried out turnkey projects in these programs, including overhaul design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing. Additionally, ERTMS-ETCS systems were installed on Eurotem E32000 Marmaray vehicles in the field, ensuring safer journeys.
