OZBIR VAGON SANAYI AS, has been established in the district of Arifiye in Sakarya with the aim of realizing maintenance, repair and modernization of all types of vehicles used in rail transport which is one of the most popular means of transport in the 21st century public transport. Our company serves in the sector beside Ankara-Istanbul railway line with an open area of 15.000m2 and a closed area of 8.500m2. Our company is also engaged in realizing the manufacture of electrical and mechanical equipment especially for welded constructions for rail vehicles. Our company has adopted to meet demands and expectations of its customers at the highest level as production philosophy by applying the relevant norms and standards. In addition, R & D activities and engineering works with high added value occupies an important place in our company.
Our company which was only thinking of making the maintenance and repair of railway vehicles in the foundation stage has expanded its product range thanks to visionary managers and has been at the forefront among the preferred company in the industry. Manufacturing efficiency and diversity has increased thanks to the dedicated work of the engineers and technicians in our structure. Now, we can perform all kinds of the mechanical and electrical parts manufacturing of new vehicles rather than repair and are able to test them. We have reached from conventional wagon repair to the production of parts and equipment of the modern train sets and from here to the level to be able to make installation of unused cars. In this process, our company giving importance to the innovative work has carried out successful works with eminent institutions of our country KOSGEB and TUBITAK. Also in these studies, by acting in partnership with various public and private institutions and organizations, it ensures innovations to be appropriate to science and standards. Each passing day, by following the innovations and Technologies, we will reflect them to the manufacture and we will follow better quality, continuous technological production model.
